On Friday, Go Conquer started his season with an emphatic jumping display around Fontwell, leading all the way to win the valuable handicap chase, and we hope it’s a kick-start to a very successful season for him.

On Saturday we travelled down to Fontwell again, with just the one runner, Django Django who showed promise, finishing fourth in a good bumper – which bodes well for his future career over hurdles.

On Sunday, our good form continued with Palmers Hill winning the maiden hurdle at Uttoxeter under a nice ride from Aidan Coleman.

No runners today, and we are back on the flat at Leicester and Catterick tomorrow with Desert Cross in the one and half mile handicap at Catterick and Minotaur and Storm Melody at Leicester.

The rest of the week is busier with jumping resuming at Ludlow and Towester on Wednesday. On Thursday we have Exeter and Worcester and at the weekend, a good two day meeting at Chepstow.
