High Summer News

We are three months into the season and we have had 27 winners so far and won over £200,000 in prize money (well ahead of this time last year).

Our horses continue their good form with our flat horses running well (when there has been no jumping) with Desert Cross winning at Bath, his second win of the season. Stanley and Hidden Oasis finishing in the money along with Fit For The Job.

Our jumpers have been performing well with Sebastian Beach winning his first chase at Uttoxeter on Friday 28th July and State the Obvious winning in good style at Worcester on 1st August following his two good seconds previously.

On Sunday 6th Washed Ashore won his first chase at Market Rasen after finishing second previously.

Tomorrow we have just one runner on the flat, with Stanley at Pontefract in the 4.40.
Jump racing resumes again next week on Wednesday 16th August and hopefully we will kick on again from there.

Don’t know if any of you saw Jonjo at the Countryfile Live show at Blenheim Palace on Sunday, he was interviewed by Roger Hart in the Quilter Cheviot Theatre. There was so much to see and do, a great day out for the family.
